Maridenim Jakala Vaihe Jeans Shirt
The mid-indigo Maridenim Vaihe jean shirt is made of non-stretch cotton denim in the Jäkälä pattern. The button-up jean shirt has a relaxed fit, a button closure, a chest pocket, and a back yoke seam. The cuffed sleeves have button closures, and the hem has a slight curved cut. The shirt features Marimekko jean buttons.
80% of the cotton used in this product is organic and 20% is recycled.
Fujiwo Ishimoto’s Jäkälä (lichen) check pattern was originally part of a collection entitled Iso karhu (Ursa Major), which was inspired by textiles patterned using the traditional ikat dyeing technique.
