Our customer service support will be available between 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excluded). Responses will be given on the next business day if messages or emails are received during weekends and public holidays.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We offer a 10 Days exchange or return policy, please read and follow the policy below.

  1. Visit https://returns.marimekko.hk with your 12-digit Order Confirmation Number and email address to get the RMA Number - Return Merchandise Authorization Number within 10 days of parcel receipt.
  2. Submit the return request by ticking the item you are returning (regular-price items only) and choosing the method to return on the return center platform.
  3. Once the request is approved, we will send you back the return instructions via email.
  4. When packing the return items, check that the item is properly packed with all original packaging, price tag and security tag, and place the Return From in the box and seal it properly.
  5. Prepare the SF Express / FedEx courier form packed inside the parcel and arrange for pick up within 7 days after receipt of your RMA number. 
  6. We will be in touch after evaluating the returned item to confirm the refund details.
  7. Customers will take full responsibility for the returns, including the shipping fee.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that come without the original price tag and security tag, are not properly packed or delivered in poor condition.
  8. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method via the online store, no refund can be carried out at our stores.
  9. For merchandise exchange, it is recommended you follow the above return procedures and re-purchase after the refund.

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to the varying processing times between payment providers.

We only accept returns from online purchase on marimekko.hk. Items purchased at a retail store are not included.

Unconditional 10 Days Refund Given for all regular price items:

  • Please make sure your items are returned unused and in the same condition that you received them. This means items must have all product tags and stickers still attached and must be in the original packaging; the surface of the product has no scratches, damage and unwashed. Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to your original shipping address. A standard 50HKD admin cost will be charged.
  • As soon as we receive the returned items, they are going to be reviewed, approved or declined by our team based on the eligibility conditions above. We’ll confirm that we have received your returned goods and the status of your refund by email. Shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

FAULTY GOODS

  • Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturer fault occurs within 6 months of purchase.  Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.  Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. You will receive a new item if the original item cannot be repaired.
  • Shipping, tax and duties costs on the faulty goods will not be charged.

SIZE & FIT

Brand items can differ in size, depending on the design, so it would depend on the style that you are buying. Unfortunately, we do not hold measurements for all of the styles we produce and would suggest that you try the item on and if they are found to be unsuitable. Alternatively, you can use our Store Locator to find a store near you.

To track your order, click ‘Check Order’(Order Details) in your account, select the order you would like to trace, order information and corresponding tracking number will be displayed. If you experience any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer support team via email at customerservice@marimekko.hk.

  • For order under HKD800 (After discount), a flat rate of HKD50 for local order / HKD300 for international orders will be charged. For local orders over HKD800 (After discount) or international orders over HKD1,000 (After discount), you will enjoy a complimentary delivery to a Hong Kong / any international address selected at checkout! Free store pick up service is also available at your convenience.
  • We generally deliver within 3-6 business days.
  • Commercial and residentials areas - Expected to arrive 3-5 working days;
  • The outlying island areas - Expected to arrive 4-7 working days.
  • We currently ship to Hong Kong and Macau only.  
  • If you are looking for shipping information for a countries /cities that are not mentioned, please email us at customerservice@marimekko.hk to enquire for special shipping arrangements.

PAYMENT

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, America Express, Union Pay, Google pay and Apple Pay. All orders must be prepaid.

When you get to your ‘Order Summary’ in your Shopping cart, simply enter your code at the ‘Coupon Code’ section to redeem your offer. These are case sensitive so double check whether letters and numbers are written exactly as seen on your code.

ACCOUNT QUESTIONS

Simply click the icon on the top right of the screen or click here. Tap “CREATE ACCOUNT” and fill in the required fields.

No, guest checkout is available and you do not need an account to place an order. However we would need you to include shipping address and contact details which are required for us to process the order at check out page.

If you want to cancel an order, please contact our customer service via email at  customerservice@marimekko.hk. You may also contact us by clicking the message icon on the bottom right of the screen.

Go to ‘Login Page’ in the top left section of the website and click 'Forgot Password?' to reset the password. You will need to verify in the registered email and click the link to reset new password. Your new password will be confirmed.
