Unikko Bathroom Set

This bathroom accessory set includes a container and a soap dish, both featuring the embossed Unikko pattern.

The bathroom accessory set is made of recycled ceramic which gives the products a lively color. The insides of the products have a clear glaze, while the outsides are left naturally rough. Small color variations may appear between products.

This new recycled material tells a story of circularity. Ecogres™ is made of 90% recycled ceramics, using industrial side streams to create its distinctive appearance and color. To let the material’s unique character show, the outer surface is left unglazed. Recycled ceramic gives the surface a lively look. Small dark speckles and tone variations may appear between pieces. These are part of the material’s natural beauty. Please note during use that oils, moisturizers or coloring agents may cause darkening on the unglazed surface.

The set is packed in the Marimekko Logo pattern box.

Unikko, symbolizing creativity, was born in a time when hardly any floral designs were included in Marimekko’s collections. Maija Isola, however, was fascinated by the theme of flowers and decided to create an entire range of novel floral prints.
